In 2018, the Hidayah Entrepreneurs Foundation (HHEF) was founded on a single, uncompromising principle: Integrity. We believed then — as we do now — that for an entrepreneur to achieve global relevance, they must first master the discipline of their own character.
As we celebrate our 8th anniversary, reflecting on a journey that spans from our maiden seminars in 2019 to the 2024 launch of our Tech Hub, we have identified five core lessons that have defined our growth.

In the early days of our empowerment summits across Nigeria, we established a foundational truth: business is not merely a series of transactions; it is a bond of trust. We realised that while talent is common, the commitment to follow through is rare.

From the very first HHEF branding project, we learned that how you present yourself determines who will do business with you. We have always pushed for a “prestige” standard. Whether it’s a leadership seminar or a digital workspace in our 2024 Tech Hub, the environment must reflect the excellence we expect from our students.
3. Evolution is Mandatory
In 2018, HHEF was focused heavily on physical seminars and leadership roundtables. By 2024, we recognised the shift in the global economy and launched the HHEF Tech Hub. A leader must be able to keep their values the same while changing their methods. We moved from the “Seminar Room” to the “Server Room” without losing our soul.
