The HHEF Legacy: Eight Years of Building Global Leaders

A Journey of Empowerment: From 2018 to Today

Today, we celebrate more than just a date; we celebrate an 8-year journey of transformation. Since our founding in 2018 by Idayat Akanji Ogunlade, the Hidayah Entrepreneurs Foundation (HHEF) has been a bridge between ambition and execution. While our headquarters in Osogbo is our newest physical anchor, HHEF’s influence has been felt from the streets of Lagos to the business districts of Doha, Qatar, for nearly a decade.
Our story began with a commitment to Entrepreneurship Education. Since our maiden seminar in 2019, HHEF has been a consistent voice for progress. We have hosted high-impact empowerment summits across Nigeria—including Lagos, Oyo, and Osun State bringing together thousands of aspiring founders to learn the “Hidayah Way” of integrity and disciplined growth.
More Than a Hub: A Full-Service Ecosystem
The HHEF brand is built on several pillars that serve entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey:
Leadership Seminars & Executive Training
Long before the digital era took its current shape, HHEF was on the ground, hosting Executive Roundtables and Founder Workshops. These sessions have helped business leaders move from “survival mode” to “scale mode” through proven leadership frameworks.
Global Creative Branding & Communications
Our Creative Branding arm represents our commitment to excellence. We don’t just build websites; we build global images. We have helped creators and institutions represent themselves with the prestige required to compete in international markets.
Strategic Consultancy & Institutional Development
Through our consultancy services, HHEF works with colleges and tertiary institutions to build the “entrepreneurial mindset” in the next generation. We are a vital link between untapped local talent and global institutional demand.
2024: The Tech Hub as the Newest Pillar
In 2024, we expanded our vision by launching the HHEF Tech Hub in Osogbo. This move was not the beginning of our story, but rather a strategic evolution. It allows us to take the leadership principles we’ve taught since 2018 and apply them to the high-speed world of digital innovation and technical immersion.
Looking to 2026: A Global Future
As we celebrate our 8th anniversary, we thank the donors, partners, and entrepreneurs who have been with us since 2018. From our early pitch summits to our current global presence in Nigeria and the Gulf, our mission remains the same: Building a future where excellence has no borders.
